Leonardo Giusti, a sports manager, and Alfred Duncan, a professional soccer player, united by a passion for this land, embarked on this project in 2016 with the purchase of the Masseria, which dates back to the 17th century, and even then everything seemed clear: despite its poor condition due to decades of neglect, Leonardo immediately saw the potential of the structure, imagining it just as it is now: 15 suites with a private heated pool overlook a very white Trani stone courtyard, where we find a swimming pool with a sunbathing area, a restaurant with an à la carte menu also open to outsiders, and the 32Lounge Bar, which harks back to the world of soccer because of the grass inserted into the details of the bar and which owes its name to the number that has always accompanied Alfred in his football career.

The structure consists of a central tower, used as the farmer’s house, and two side blocks, formerly the Masseria’s stable, sheepfold and kitchen, now renovated in a modern style with a predominance of light-colored furnishings and corten.

The project today also includes an exclusive Wellness Villa where we find a gymnasium, padel court, an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, a bar, a boutique, two treatment and massage cabins, sauna, Turkish bath, 500 olive trees, and 3 additional suites.
